Shipping Prices:

We ship via USPS or UPS. Our current shipping rates are as follows:

Continental US:

$0.01-$25.00 = $4.85

$25.01-$75.00 = $8.35

$75.01-$105.00 = $11.35

$105.01-$135.00 = $15.50

$135.01- and up = $18.50

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada:

$0.01-$15.00 = $8.00

$15.01-$45.00 = $14.00

$45.01-$75.00 = $20.00

$75.01-$105.00= $24.00

$105.01 and up = $27.00

Shipping Insurance:

We offer optional shipping insurance for $2.05. You can choose this option during checkout in our shopping cart. Packages up to $100 will be covered by this insurance. If you spend over $100, we will automatically purchase insurance for you.
We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for your order. Occasionally the Post Office will lose or damage a shipment. Purchasing insurance will protect you. We will not be held responsible for shipments lost or damaged if you have chosen not to purchase insurance.

Shipping Times:

We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer. Because of this we use USPS, UPS and FedEx for shipping. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us prior to purchasing to see if we can meet your demand. Please allow more time for handcrafted and custom made items.

Returns and Refunds:

We will work hard to make you happy. Please contact us if you feel your purchased item was misinterpreted, damaged, or incorrect. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any problems. We can not return custom made, or monogramed items. If in doubt, please contact us with all questions prior to ordering so we can help answer all inquiries.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to work out a return. Customer is to pay all return shipping costs. All returns must be unused and in original packaging to be issued full credit. Once we receive your approved return, we will issue a refund of the full amount of of product minus the shipping charges, or send out an agreed upon exchange. We can not allow refunds, returns or exchanges 30 days after shipment of your purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please purchase shipping insurance.

All custom made items are non-refundable or returnable unless our artisans have made a mistake on the order.
